Beth and Paul's Wedding - Kirkley Hall, Northumberland

So this was the first wedding of the year when I can safely say it was warm and sunny all day.  Set in the middle of the Northumbrian countryside, Kirkley Hall was a beautiful backdrop to Beth and Paul's wedding.  At our pre-wedding meetings they had both been very pro-active with their ideas for their photography which made my job on the day so much easier.

The day itself was fairly relaxed and light-hearted (despite the best man doing his best to set fire to the place during his speech - long story).  And the photographer went home happy with a bellyful of hog-roast!

The only downside was the aftereffects caused by the fields of Oilseed Rape surrounding the Hall which set the hay fever off leaving me with no voice for a few days afterwards....which many would say isn't a bad thing.

Possibly the most aggressive fight for a bouquet I've witness so far!
